Verified documents are handed over from DocuWare directly to the Immodat accounting — no detours, no duplicate data entry. Accounting and verification data from Immodat and the AS/400 accounting flows back onto the archived documents.
Master data synchronization with a turbo
Properties, suppliers, tenants and further data are synchronized from Immodat via database views. A caching database takes care of performance: select lists and searches in DocuWare respond instantly, without hitting the AS/400 on every access.
DocuWare viewer while posting
When posting documents in Immodat, the integrated DocuWare viewer opens — the original document sits right next to the posting screen, exactly where accounting needs it.
Document access from the green screen
Documents can also be opened directly from the AS/400 screen (“green screen”): straight out of the query, DocuWare opens with the matching document — no switching systems, no searching.

Which data does the interface synchronize with Immodat?
Properties, suppliers, tenants and further master data — via database views directly from Immodat. In DocuWare they are available for indexing, select lists and workflows. In addition, accounting and verification data from the AS/400 accounting flows back onto the documents.
What is the caching database for?
For user performance: instead of querying the AS/400 on every access, DocuWare uses a fast cache. Select lists and searches respond instantly — even with large data volumes.
Does accounting see the document while posting?
Yes, twice over: when posting in Immodat, the DocuWare viewer opens with the original document, and the document can also be opened directly from the AS/400 screen — no DocuWare search, no switching systems.
