Clear responsibilities can be defined with the help of lists of representatives, making all company processes transparent and clearly understandable for the employees.
If an error should occur in a work step, a clear contact person can be defined for post-processing in order to eliminate ambiguities from the outset.
Even overlooking deadlines or payment periods is a thing of the past with the Workflow Manager. For each document type different escalation levels with associated process can be defined. Overdue invoices or missed submissions are thus history.
